(“STLLR” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Conor Kearns, to the role
of Vice President of Finance.
Keyvan Salehi, P.Eng., MBA, President, CEO, and Director of STLLR, commented: “We are

Appointment of Vice President of Finance
Mr. Kearns is a seasoned mining executive with decades of experience in financial reporting for
public companies, specializing in tax structuring, capital raising, and streaming and royalty
agreements. Before joining STLLR Gold, he held senior finance roles across multiple sectors, including
CFO at an electric metals company, an ESG-focused streaming and royalty firm, and a fintech
company specializing in digital payments. In these positions, Mr. Kearns enhanced operational
efficiency, advised stakeholders and boards, and provided strong financial oversight.
