Jessy Ventures Corp. Announces Resignations and the Appointment of a New CFO

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 17, 2020: Jessy Ventures Corp. (TSXV.P: SARG) (the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr. Tak Tsan (Simon) Tso as a director, chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the Company and the resignation of Chung Yi (Sally) Poon as a director of the Company.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ryan Cheung as the new chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the Company.

Ryan Cheung, CPA, CA, is founder of MCPA Services Inc. Chartered Professional Accountants, providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance services to private and publiclisted companies. Mr. Cheung also serves as an officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies. Mr. Cheung holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.
