ALTO GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Vancouver, B.C., December 10, 2015. Alto Ventures Ltd. (ATV: TSX-V) announces that, in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan, it has granted to certain officers and consultants, incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 350,000 common shares exercisable on or before December 10, 2020 at a price of $0.05 per share.
