Rainy Mountain Announces Resignation of Director

West Vancouver, British Columbia, June 29, 2016 – Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. (the “Company”) announces the resignation of Bruce Morley as a director of the Company, effective June 1, 2016. Mr. Morley will still continue to provide the Company with legal services through his law corporation. However, at this time, the Company wishes to thank Mr. Morley for his dedication and service as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors over many years.
