GALLIARD RESOURCES TO CHANGE NAME TO NOVO RESOURCES CORP.

VANCOUVER, June 24, 2011 – Galliard Resources Corp. (the “Company”) (CNSX: GRS) is pleased to announce that effective Monday June 27, 2011, the Company’s name will change to Novo Resources Corp. The Canadian National Stock Exchange has informed the Company that trading in the Company’s common shares under the new name and new symbol of “NVO” will commence on June 29, 2011.
