Vancouver, Canada, November 1st, 2013. Private Placement. Further to the Company’s news releases of August 22nd, 2013, September 3rd, 2013, October 17th and October 25th, 2013, management is pleased to report that the First Tranche of $140,000 has been completed and that $20,000 of the Second Tranche of up to $360,000 has been filed with the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (TSXV) for approval.
The conditionally approved relief private placement allowed for up to 50,000,000 shares at a price of $0.01 per share with 24,625,000, warrants attached to purchase 24,625,000 shares at a price of $0.05 per share when exercised within the first year and at a price of $0.10 when exercised in the second year. The private placement is being done in two tranches; the First Tranche of $140,000 (closed) and the Second Tranche for up to $360,000. The Second Tranche is subject to final acceptance by the TSXV.
The $20,000 will be used for:
