Focus Metals – Resignation from a Director

OTTAWA, ONTARIO – Focus Metals Inc. (“Focus Metals” or “Company”) announces that Mr. Jean-Pierre Poulin who, after many years of dedicated service to Focus Metals as a board member and as the president and CEO of 3D visit, has decided to resign his post as a board member and pursue his other business interests. We would like to thank him for his support and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. This resignation is effective February 11, 2011.

Correction to News Release – December 23, 2010 The commission granted for the private placement reported in the news release of December 23, 2010 was $91,000 instead of $90,360.

At the request of IIROC, Focus Metals is fully disclosed at this time and will continue to update its shareholders as further developments occur.
