Vancouver, British Columbia – April 28, 2016: Bullion Gold Resources Corp. (TSX-V: BGD) (the “Company”) is pleased to confirm the effective date for the consolidation of one (1) post-consolidation share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation shares, as announced on April 19, 2016.

The name and symbol of the Company will remain the same. Effective at the opening on April 29, 2016, the shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.

Post-Consolidation Capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value of which approximately 3,011,530 shares are issued and outstanding.
