Vancouver, BC – Royal Lifescience Corp. (NEX: “RLS.H”) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, Ms. Deborah Goldbloom, has been appointed as a director of the Company, effective immediately.
Ms. Goldbloom is a non-practicing attorney (member of Wisconsin State Bar Association) with current and past experience working with listed companies on the TSX Venture Exchange. She is a director and Chief Finanical Officer of BCM Resources Corporation (TSXV: “B”), a TSXV listed mineral exploration company. Ms. Goldbloom has five years of experience working in the corporate finance department of Haywood Securities Inc., a full-service Canadian-based brokerage firm with world-wide offices, where as a licensed Registered Representative, she assisted with financings primarily of junior mineral exploration companies. In addition, Ms. Goldbloom specializes in shareholder communications and legal counsel liaison for junior mineral exploration companies as well as business development for emerging companies.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Pradeep Varshney as a director of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Varshney for his past service to the Company.
About the Company
The Company is designated as a Capital Pool Company by the Exchange. The Company has not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than cash. The only business of the Company is the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" in accordance with Exchange Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies.
