Carmax Mining Corp (TSX-V: CXM) announces that the board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Barry Sheahan as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Matthew G. Wright has been appointed Chief Financial Officer to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Sheahan.
Mr. Wright CA. has been a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years. He originally qualified in England 1990. In 1995 he relocated to Vancouver Canada and successfully acquired his Canadian C A. designation in 1997. Mr. Wright worked in public practice in both the UK and Canada until 2005 at which time he established his own accounting firm where he now provides accounting and consultancy services to over 100 personal tax clients and numerous companies both in the private and public sector.
Mr. Wright commenced assisting various TSX venture issuers with the preparation of their quarterly and annual filings in 2005.
