Clarity Metals Announces Resignation and Appointment of Directors

CLARITY METALS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

Vancouver, BC – June 9, 2023, Clarity Metals Corp. (“Clarity” or the “Company”) (CSE: CMET,

OTC: CLGCF, FSE: 27G0) announces that, effective June 7, 2023, Andrew Male has resigned as a

director of the Company and it has appointed Ron Schmitz as a director of the Company in place

of Andrew Male. The Company thanks Mr. Male fo r his services as a director of the Company

and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.

Ron Schmitz is the principal and president of AS I Accounting Services Inc., which has provided

administrative, accounting and office services to public and private co mpanies since July 1995.

Mr. Schmitz has been a director and/or chief financial officer of numerous public companies since

1997 and currently holds those roles with several public companies.
