Vancouver, B.C. – RT Minerals Corp. (the “Company”)(TSX.V: RTM) announces the resignation of Mr. Roy Mlakar as Vice President and Director of the Company to pursue other interests. Mr. Mlakar will remain as a consultant to the Company until December 31, 2014.

In addition, the Company announces the termination by mutual consent of the contract with Mr. Michael O’Brien as VP of Corporate Development for the Company. Accordingly, Mr. O’Brien has resigned from this position with the Company.
