TRIBUTE MINERALS ANNUAL MEETING UPDATE

Tribute Minerals Inc. (the “Company” or “Tribute”) (TSX-V: TBM) would like to inform its shareholders of the productive outcome of its recent Annual meeting. All items presented in the proxy circular were approved by shareholders at the meeting. The slate of directors presented by management was elected; Wasserman Ramsay, Chartered Accountants, were appointed the Auditors of the Company; the change of name to AurCrest Gold Inc. was approved as was the right to consolidate the stock at the ratio of not greater than 1 for 5; the new 10% rolling stock option plan along with the shareholder’s rights plan were approved; and the insider debt settlement was approved.

The Company is excited for this opportunity to move forward and expects to see the consolidation and name change effected in the very near future.
