Vancouver, British Columbia, July 29, 2020. High Point Exploration Inc. (CSE: HGH) (“High Point” or the

“Company”), Vancouver-based mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce the appointment

of Andrew Bowering to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Andrew Bowering is a venture capitalist with +35 years of leadership in international mineral exploration

and development. He has founded, financed and managed precious, base and industrial metals from

exploration to production. In addition to private drilling companies, he has built and operated numerous

companies on the TSX Venture, TSX, American Stock Exchange and the US OTC markets. Mr. Bowering is

a founder, senior officer and director of American Lithium Corp, Prime Mining Corp. and Apollo Gold Corp.
