Results of Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

October 8, 2014 – Strike Graphite Corp. (“the Company” or “Strike”) is pleased to announce that at the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on October 7, 2014, all the proposed resolutions outlined in the Company’s Information Circular dated September 2, 2014 were passed.

Final court approval for the plan of arrangement with Athabasca Nuclear Corp., as detailed in the joint news release of July 14, 2014 and the Information Circular for the Meeting, will be obtained on October 8, 2014 and remains subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
