AGNICO-EAGLE PROVIDES NOTICE OF RELEASE OF THIRD QUARTER 2010 RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Toronto (September 28, 2010) – Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited today announced that it will release its third quarter 2010 results on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, after normal trading hours.

The Company’s senior management will host a conference call on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 11:00 AM (E.S.T.) to discuss financial results and provide an update of the Company’s exploration and development activities.
