AMERIPLAS LATE FILING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Ameriplas Holdings Ltd. (“Ameriplas” or the “Company”) (TSXV : AHL) announces that it will be late in filing its annual financial statements and the related management discussion and analysis for the fiscal year end November 30, 2009. As a result, the Company will also be late in the filing its interim financial statements and the related management discussion and analysis for the three months ended February 28, 2010. The Company anticipates filing the year-end financial statements in early May 2010.

AMERIPLAS OPERATIONS

Ameriplas has been in the business of manufacturing plastic performs for the Canadian and U.S. water and soft drinks bottling industry since December 1999. Preforms are sold to beverage companies that heat and blow them into the form of bottles used for their beverages. PET performs are used industry wide in the production of plastic beverage containers to avoid the costs and difficulties of shipping bulky plastic bottles. A primary use of these bottles is for bottles water, whch is the fastest growing segment of the beverage industry. Other uses include soft drinks, sports drinks and beer.
