New Point Exploration Announces Corporate Name Change
VANCOUVER—February 12, 2019— New Point Exploration Corp. (CSE: NP / OTC: NPEZF / FSE: 4NP) (“New Point” or the “Company”) offers a corporate update.
New Point would like to inform shareholders that management and directors have approved a change of name and symbol of the Company to more clearly reflect corporate direction and the Company’s exploration mandate.
The name of the Company will change from:
New Point Exploration Corp. to KOPR Point Ventures Inc. (pronounced “Copper”).
The trading symbol will change from:
CSE: NP to CSE: KOPR OTC: NPEZF will remain the same FSE: 4NP will remain the same
The Company will issue a further news release announcing the effective date in which the Company will commence trading under the new name, symbol and CUSIP number.
