PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, B.C. March 31, 2014 Aintree Resources Inc. (the “Company”) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement consisting of a total of 100,000 shares at a price of $0.10 for gross proceeds of $10,000.00
The shares issued will be subject to CPC escrow policies and subject to a three year escrow release.
