Windfire Arranges Private Placement

Windfire Capital Corp. (WIF.H: TSX-V) ("Windfire"), announces it has reached an agreement with placees to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,000,000 shares (the “Shares”) at a price of $0.05 per share, for gross proceeds of up to $50,000. Finders’ fees in accordance with the rules of TSX Venture Exchange may be paid on the private placement.

All securities issued pursuant to this financing are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issuance. The Private Placement is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
