Changes to the Board of Directors

The Company is pleased to announce that Chris McGillivray has consented to become a director to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Marie Brannstrom.

Chris has been in the banking and financial services for the past 15 years with 9 years at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and 2 years at TD Commercial Bank. For the most recent 4 years, he has worked and participated in various aspects of the public and private financing industry. He is experienced in structuring residential and commercial mortgages, commercial and personal credit, investments, public market financing and cash management services. Chris has established an extensive network that has been built on trusted relationships and advice.

The Company is sorry to lose Marie Brannstrom who resigned as a director May 5, 2017 for personal reasons. She will continue to maintain the Company website and assist with mineral titles filings. Management will greatly miss Ms. Brannstrom’s involvement as a member of the audit committee and her valued input on corporate matters.
