Pure Energy Minerals Limited Announces Change in Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, B.C. December 30th, 2013 - Pure Energy Minerals Limited (the “Company”) (TSX-V: PE) announces that Jason Dussault has resigned as a director of the Company effective immediately. The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jeremy Poirier as a director of the Company and member of its Audit Committee in place of Mr. Dussault.

Mr. Poirier has over 8 year of experience providing corporate advisory services and investor relations to public and private companies. Mr. Poirier has also served on various boards and held officer positions with several companies in the private sector. Mr. Poirier is currently the president of Nico Consulting, a management and consulting services company.

The Board thanks Mr. Dussault for his contributions to the Company as a director and a member of the Audit Committee and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
