IEMR ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN DIRECTORS
(Vancouver, July 16, 2014) – IEMR Resources Inc. (TSXV: IRI) (the “Company”) announces that at the Company's annual general meeting held on June 18, 2014, the Company's shareholders re-elected as directors Mr. Hongxue Fu and Mr. Charles Yuen. Mr. Fu and Mr. Yuen are also the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. The shareholders also elected management nominee Yi Ming Xie as a new director to the board. Mr. Xie is a director, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Goldleaf Jewelry Company Limited, a Beijing-based publicly traded company whose shares trade on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He is also a director, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Guang Ming Group, China, a mining company. Mr. Xie was also Director of Investment Department for China Mine Xinhua Mining Co., a mining company, from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Xie replaces Long Wang who did not stand for re-election as a director at the annual general meeting. The Company's management recognizes and appreciates Mr. Wang's past contributions as a member of the board of directors and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
