IM Exploration Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Toronto, Ontario, October 1, 2019 – IM Exploration Inc. (CSE: IM) (the "Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated August 30, 2019, it has formally appointed Robert Harrison as its new Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective October 1, 2019.

Pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 50,000 incentive stock options (“Options”) to Mr. Harrison at an exercise price of $0.09 each. The Options have a term of five years and vest immediately.
