SILVER PURSUIT COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news releases dated October 3, 2016 and October 14, 2016, the Company has completed its private placement offering of 2,500,000 units at $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $250,000 (the “Offering”). Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant at the exercise price of $0.16 per share.

In accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, $14,000 in cash and 140,000 share purchase warrants with an exercise price of $0.16 per common share and an expiry term of two years was paid by the Company to the finder with respect to the Offering.

All of the securities distributed under the Offering are subject to a four-month hold period expiring March 1, 2017.
