VANCOUVER, British Columbia – January 26, 2012 – GREENLIGHT RESOURCES INC. (TSXV.GR), announces that it has released its financial statements for the nine months ended November 30, 2011. The full text of the unaudited interim financial statements is included with the Company’s unaudited interim management discussion and analysis posted on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.
Company Update
Greenlight Resources is focused on exploring Atlantic Canada and currently holds several prospective 100% owned mineral properties. The company is currently evaluating the Brazil Lake property based on the merits of the deal that is in place and results to date.
The Company has completed its first phase comprehensive exploration program of the Kemptville gold property. Exploration to date included geochemical surveys, a geophysical program, alluvial testing and a nine hole, 2,322 meter diamond drill program. The company has determined that the current deal in place and exploration results to date do not merit further exploration. The Company plans to focus its exploration efforts on its diversified property portfolio, which include its 100% owned past producing Keymet Gold, Silver and base metal property, located in the world class Bathurst mining district.
