Further to its news release of July 29, 2013, Sojourn Ventures Inc. ("Sojourn") is pleased to announce that, subsequent to the completion of its "Qualifying Transaction" on July 29, 2013, its common shares have commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") under the symbol SOJ.V.

About Sojourn

Sojourn is classified as a Capital Pool Company as defined in Policy 2.4 of the TSX-V. The principal business of Sojourn is the identification and evaluation of assets or a business with the view of completing a "Qualifying Transaction", as such term is defined in the policies of the TSX-V.
