HIGH POINT EXPLORATION INC. ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Vancouver, British Columbia, November 16, 2020. High Point Exploration Inc. (CSE: HGH) (“ High Point ”
or the “ Company ”), Vancouver-based mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce changes to
its board of directors and management team. Andrew Cheshire, a director of the Company, has been
appointed as the President and Chief Executive Offi cer, and Jeremy Ross has been appointed to the
Company’s board of directors, each appointment to be effective November 13, 2020.
Jeremy Ross specializes in raising capital for priv ate and public companies, with a focus on the minin g
sectors energy metals, marijuana, Biotech and Biome dical devices. Through his role as President of
Blackhill Consultants, he has raised over $370 mill ion in financing over the last 22 years for private and
micro-cap start-ups. He has an extensive network of contacts in the institutional and capital markets
space as well as strong relationships with private equity and high net worth individual investors. Jeremy
Ross has been or is a Director of TSX, TSXV, CSE listed companies.
The appointments of Mr. Cheshire and Mr. Ross follo w the resignation of Brent Hahn as a director,
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Compan y. The board and management of the Company
express their gratitude to Mr. Hahn for his efforts and contributions and wish him well in his future
endeavours.
