Arizona Metals Cor rp Announc ces Metallur rgical Drill Program at t its Sugarlo oaf Peak Pr roject in La Pa az County, A Arizona

TORONT TO, June 15 5, 2020 – Ari izona Metals Corp. (TSX X.V:AMC) (the “Company” or “Arizona y 6th, 2020 it Metals”) is pleased t to announce that on July t will comm mence a 1,300m drill pro ogram at its Sug k Project in L La Paz Coun nty, Arizona. Drill core f from two 15 50m holes w will be sent to K Kappes Cass siday and A Associates of f Reno, Nev vada, to und dergo bottle- -roll and co olumn es will also be sent to ALS testing o of gold reco overies by le eaching of oxide mater rial. Sample Minerals in Reno, Nevada for r gold assay y, multi-ele ement testin ng, and spectral analys sis to determin ne trace-elem ment levels an nd hydrother rmal alterati ion variation ns.

Another two cored drill holes will be extende ed to depths s of 450 m an nd 550 m to intersect a l large, untested geophysical l target (Fig gure 1) that the Compa any believes s has the po otential to h host a higher gr rade “feeder r” zone, that t could be t the source o of the dissem minated oxid de mineraliz zation identified d at surface e in the historic estima ate. The loc cations, dips s, and azim muths of the four planned h holes are det tailed in Tab ble 1 below.

The geop physical tar rget is based on induce ed polarizat tion (IP) da ata showing coincident high chargeab bility and hig gh resistivity. Chargeab bility high a anomalies of ften indicate e the presen nce of minerals such as pyrite, and resistiv e alteration minerals such as sulfide m vity highs m may indicate quartz. T The mineraliz zation identi ified to date at Sugarloaf f contains bo oth pyrite and quartz.

Marc Pai is, CEO of A Arizona Metals Corp., co ommented, “ “While our p primary focu us remains o on the high-grad de Kay Min ne VMS project, where e we have two drills t turning, we believe the ere is significan nt unrecogn nized value i in the Sugar rloaf Project

t. We will f first follow up on prom mising initial me etallurgical testing comp pleted by K Kinross in 20 009 and Agn nico in 2013 3, to demonstrate that Suga arloaf has th he characteri istics require ed of a viabl le heap-leac ch mining op peration. We e will also be te esting a larg ge IP geophy ysical target located abou ut 300m below the histo oric estimate e, that we believ ve has the po otential to ho ost higher gr rade “feeder”

” zones. The e IP targets w were identifi ied in 2012, but t never drill tested.”
