CHANGE OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

(Vancouver, Sept 29, 2010) – IEMR Resources Inc. (TSXV: IRI-V) (“IEMR” or the “Company”) announces that Michael Raymont has resigned as a director and officer of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Raymont for his contributions to the board of directors.

Mr. Raymont has been retained as a consultant to the Company to provide advice and counsel for a period of 5 years. The Company has approved the granting of 150,000 stock options to Mr. Raymont pursuant to the Company’s existing Stock Option Plan. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of CDN $0.30, expiring five

(5) years from the date of grant.
