Angel Gold Announces Resignation of Director

Vancouver, British Columbia / October 7, 2022 – Angel Gold Corp. (TSX.V: ANG) (“Angel Gold” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr. Tom Wharton, Jr. as a director of the Company, effective September 30, 2022. The Company thanks Mr. Wharton for his service as a director of the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

The Company will provide a further update shortly on its fundamental acquisition of the Amanecer Lithium Project, as previously announced on May 2, 2022, May 9, 2022 and Sept. 19/22, including the appointment of a new director.
