Vancouver BC, June 30, 2015. The Company is pleased to announce the addition to the board of Mr. Rahim Mohamed. Mr. Mohamed has experience in business management and investor relations. He was the General Manager of IR Consultants, Inc. in Calgary, Alberta from 2006 to 2009 where he oversaw a team providing investor relations services to corporate clientele. From 2006 to 2011, he was the President of Summa Development Corporation, a Calgary based company that oversaw the business operations of a luxury condominium development. He was appointed as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Agau Resources Inc. (NEX: AGS.H) in January 2013. He has been the President and CEO of ChitrChatr Communications Inc.(CSE:"CHA") since September of 2013 and currently holds that position. Mr. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Management from Athabasca University in Calgary
