Catalina Metals Corp. (“Catalina” or the “Company”) (NEX: CTX.H) announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on November 1, 2011, the Company’s incumbent Board of Directors were re-elected.

Jeannine P.M. Webb, CGA, has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Webb has over 20 years of experience in the mining resource sector and has served as CFO of various other private and junior “small cap” public companies.
