ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES OF PUMA EXPLORATION INC.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Arness Cordick (“Cordick”) announces that he has acquired an aggregate of 3,000,000 common shares in the capital stock of Puma Exploration Inc. (the “Company”).

After giving effect to the transaction, Cordick owns a total of 8,000,000 common shares, representing 12.31% of the issued shares of the Company and 5,000,000 warrants representing 27.27% of the issued and outstanding warrants. Assuming exercise of the warrants, Cordick would hold 15.61% of the issued and outstanding shares on a fully diluted basis.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes only and were acquired through the open market on the TSX Venture Exchange. Cordick could increase or decrease his investment in the Company depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.

No other persons currently act jointly or in concert with Cordick.
