CORPORATE UPDATE

PAN TERRA INDUSTRIES INC. ("Pan Terra" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture Exchange TSXV - “PNT.H”), Mr. Tony Pezzotti, Director of the Corporation regretfully announces that Murray Tildesley, the Corporation’s Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director passed away on January 24, 2010.

In addition, the Corporation is pleased to announce that David D. Heighington has been appointed to the board of directors effective February 27, 2010, subject to TSXV acceptance.

The Corporation will remain listed on NEX until it acquires new assets or businesses, which would result in the Corporation once again meeting the TSX Venture Exchange’s minimum listing requirements.
