Patriot Petroleum Corp. Announces Management Changes
Vancouver, November 29, 2010 – Patriot Petroleum Corp. (“Patriot” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PPC) announces that it has appointed Steve Bajic as president and a director of the Company and Martin Bajic as chief financial officer, secretary and a director of the Company.
Steve Bajic has been the President of Hexagon Ventures Inc., a company providing financial and business services consulting to private and publicly listed companies, since 1999. Mr. Bajic has previously held numerous public company director and/or officer positions and is currently a director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Providence Capital Corp. a resource exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and a director and Chief Financial Officer of Pembroke Capital Corp., a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has been in the finance industry for over 15 years and has helped raise capital in various industries at all levels of company advancement. Mr. Bajic holds a Financial Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Martin Bajic holds a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in British Columbia in 2004. Previously, Mr. Bajic spent eight years at a medium sized accounting firm in British Columbia providing auditing services to publicly reporting entities. Mr. Bajic is currently involved as: the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Providence Capital Corp., a public resource company whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange; the Chief Financial Officer and a director of MetroBridge Networks International Inc.; a public company whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange; the Chief Financial Officer and a director of HT Capital Inc., a capital pool company whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange; and the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Drexel Capital Corp, a capital pool company whose shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company thanks Alistair Palmer for his dedicated work as a director over the past several years, and John Hislop for his tenure as president and chief executive officer. These individuals have helped the Company succeed. Each has decided to pursue other business opportunities.
The Company also announces that it has executed a Termination Agreement terminating the Management Service Agreement dated January 1, 2009 with Caravel Management Corp.
The Company has moved its administrative offices to Suite 918 - 1030 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC.
