Benzai Capital Appoints Director and Corporate Secretary

VANCOUVER, B.C.: The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Len Guenther to the Board of Directors and as Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Guenther has worked with numerous public natural resource companies at both the management and board levels, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. He managed the reactivation of Peninsula Resources Ltd. and its subsequent RTO by Zodiac Exploration Inc., and he managed the reactivation of Net Soft Systems Inc., now Rhys Resources Ltd. Mr. Guenther is a current board member of Rhys Resources Ltd and Tower Resources Ltd. He previously served as the Corporate Secretary of Circumpacific Energy Corp., Goldex Resources Corp. and Norzan Enterprises Ltd.
