Discovery-Corp grants stock options
Vancouver - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. announces that it has granted an aggregate of 800,000 stock options exercisable for a period of five years at $0.12 per share to engineering and business consultants. These options will be restricted from exercise until January 23, 2014.
This transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
-30- Discovery-Corp is a junior exploration company based in British Columbia, Canada that is focused on finding high quality gold and copper properties. Discovery-Corp’s properties include the Galaxy, located in the Afton camp in Kamloops, BC.
Discovery’s other asset is the Rock Creek Ranch, located in North Central Nevada at the intersection of the Getchell and Battle Mountain-Eureka gold trends.
