Strikepoint Gold Inc. Announces Appointment of Susan Neale to the Board of Directors
Vancouver – February 6, 2018 ‐ StrikePoint Gold Inc. (“StrikePoint” or the “Company”) (SKP:TSX.V)(STKXF:OTCQB) has appointed Susan Neale to the company’s board of directors.
Susan Neale is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate transactions, public markets and in‐depth accounting and auditing, working with mineral exploration, development and operating companies with projects in North America, South America, Africa and Australia. Ms. Neale is currently the Chief Financial Officer of IDM Mining Ltd , (TSX.V:IDM), IDM Mining currently hold a 18% stake in StrikePoint.
Ms. Neale was recommended by IDM Mining as its representative on StrikePoint’s board of directors and is not independent.
