Vancouver, BC – September 16, 2024 – Mustang Energy Corp. (CSE: MEC) (the “Company or “Mustang”) is pleased
to announce several key corporate developments that will enhance the company’s strategic direcƟon and market
presence.
Appointment of Lynde Guillaume as Technical Advisor
Ms. Guillaume has been acƟvely involved in the mineral exploraƟon industry for over a decade including mulƟple
years working on unconformity and basement hosted uranium projects. She began her career working for
companies such as Cameco and Denison Mines, where she gained valuable insight working under some of the
most experienced uranium geologists in the industry responsible for major discoveries. More recently she has
been employed as an Explora Ɵon Manager for Axiom Explora Ɵon Group, a company involved in and specializing
in uranium exploraƟon consulƟng in Saskatchewan. Ms. Gu illaume has been involved in projects across Canada
including within the Athabasca Basin (SK), Caribou Mining District (BC), La Ronge Gold Belt (SK), Bird River
Greenstone Belt (MB) and Cobalt Mining District (ON). She has managed and developed explora Ɵon programs
ranging from green-fields exploraƟon to resource delineaƟon in various commodiƟes including uranium, lithium,
gold, copper-zinc, cobalt, and PGEs. Her exper Ɵse includes target genera Ɵon, project management, explora Ɵon
and resource drilling, geological mapping, data interpreta Ɵon, as well as technical repor Ɵng. Ms. Guillaume
received her B.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan in Geological Sciences. She is registered as a Professional
Geologist with the AssociaƟon of Professional Engineers and GeoscienƟsts of Saskatchewan (APEGS), Professional
GeoscienƟsts Ontario (PGO), and Engineers GeoscienƟsts Manitoba.

Mustang Now Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
In a step toward increasing its interna Ɵonal market presence, Mustang is pleased to announce its lis Ɵng on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the Ɵcker symbol 92T. Mustang an Ɵcipates that this lis Ɵng will enhance the
Company’s visibility and accessibility to European investors as it conƟnues to advance its exploraƟon projects and
corporate goals.
Strategic MarkeƟng Partnership with MCS MarkeƟng in Germany
As part of Mustang Energy’s broader strategy to expand its presence in Europe, the Company has entered into a
markeƟng agreement with MCS MarkeƟng Services (“MCS MarkeƟng”), an arm’s length party located in Germany,
dated September 12, 2024. MCS MarkeƟng has agreed to create a promoƟonal campaign for Mustang consisƟng
of text materials, adverƟsements, keyword research for search term opƟmizaƟon, and other such online markeƟng
acƟviƟes. The promoƟonal campaign will take place for a six-month period starƟng on September 23rd, 2024 and
ending on March 23rd, 2024, with an op Ɵon to extend the term by mutual agreement between the par Ɵes. MCS
MarkeƟng will receive a one- Ɵme agency fee of 16% which shall correspond to the budget for the promo Ɵonal
campaign, being 250,000 EUR, with an op Ɵon to increase to 500,000 EUR during the term. The Company will not
issue any securiƟes to MCS as compensaƟon for the services. As of the date hereof, to the Company’s knowledge,

MSC and its directors and officers do not own any securiƟes of the Company and have an arm’s length relaƟonship
with the Company. This partnership will focus on building brand recogniƟon and investor outreach in the European
markets, further complemenƟng the Company’s recent Frankfurt lisƟng.
MCS is an independent company which will, as a ppropriate, provide project management and consul Ɵng for an
on-line markeƟng campaign, co-ordinate marke Ɵng acƟons, maintain and op Ɵmize AdWords campaigns, adapt
AdWords bidding strategies, op Ɵmize AdWords ads, and create and op Ɵmize landing pages. The promo Ɵonal
acƟvity will occur by email, Facebook, and Google.

MarkeƟng Agreement with Think Ink MarkeƟng Data and Email Services in Canada
To strengthen its presence in North America, Mustang has also entered into a markeƟng services agreement with
Think Ink MarkeƟng Data and Email Services (“ Think Ink”), an arm’s length party located in California. Think Ink
has agreed to provide public rela Ɵons services to Mustang, including the crea Ɵon and distribu Ɵon of markeƟng
materials and paid adverƟsements. The promoƟonal acƟviƟes will commence on September 23rd, 2024 and will
conƟnue for a three-month period ending on December 23rd, 2024, with an opƟon to extend the term by mutual
agreement between the par Ɵes. Mustang will pay USD$30,000 to Think Ink as considera Ɵon for the services.
Mustang anƟcipates that the agreement with Think Ink will allow the Company to engage e ffecƟvely with the
Canadian investment community as it progresses in its corporate development.
