Red Hut Metals Enters into LOI to Acquire Otu Gold Property in Colombia

Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Hut Metals Inc. (the “Company” or “Red Hut) has entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Otu Gold Ltd. (“Otu Gold”), a Bermuda corporation that owns 117,000 hectares covering an area of 80 x 20 km through the heart of the Segovia Gold Belt, a prolific gold district in NE Antioquia, Colombia.

The LOI grants Red Hut the exclusive option to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Otu Gold (the “Proposed Acquisition”) for a period of 45 days, during which period Red Hut intends to conduct and complete its due diligence on Otu Gold and its property.

Investors are cautioned that there can be no assurance that the Proposed Acquisition will proceed as the outcome of its due diligence is uncertain.  At this early stage of review, there are risks and uncertainties surrounding the Proposed Acquisition, and the results of events anticipated in this news release may differ materially from actual results and events.
