Abcana Capital Inc. (TSX-V: ABQ.H) Appoints New Executive Officer and Director

March 20, 2014. Abcana Capital Inc. (“Abcana”) (TSX-V: ABQ.H) announces that Shaun Maskerine has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President and Secretary of Abcana. To fill these vacancies, the board of directors of Abcana appointed Robert Hall as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President and Secretary. Mr. Hall was also appointed as a member of Abcana’s board of directors. Mr. Maskerine will remain a director of Abcana.

Mr. Hall brings over 10 years of private and public company experience to Abcana’s board of directors. Mr. Hall is currently Chief Financial Officer and a director of Doubleview Capital Corp., a director and Vice-President of Corporate Development of Alberta Star Development Corp., a director and Vice- President of Corporate Development of Arctic Hunter Energy Inc., a director and Chief Financial Officer of Touchdown Resources Inc. and a director of Windfire Capital Corp. Mr. Hall is also a director and Chief Financial Officer of Dynamic Gold Corp., an exploration company quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board. Mr. Hall obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of British Columbia.
