June 8, 2011: Vancouver, BC - Minati Capital Corp. (TSX-V:MNN) (the “Company”) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company’s application to change the name of the Company to “Strike Gold Corp.”. Accordingly, effective at the opening of trading on Thursday, June 9, 2011, the Company’s name will be “Strike Gold Corp.” and the Company’s shares will trade under the stock symbol “SRK”.
