PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT CLOSES
Cascadero is pleased to announce that both Members of SESA Holdings LLC (Nevada) are in full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Plan of Arrangement that was signed on December 6th 2013 and revised on December 16th 2013.
The Agreement closed on Friday May 22nd 2015.
Cascadero Copper Corporation and Cypress River Holdings Limited, which company now represents Zoneplan Ltd., are the two Members of SESA Holdings LLC (Nevada).
