Royal Lifescience Corp. Announces Filing of Amended and Restated Financial Statements for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2017

Vancouver, BC – Royal Lifescience Corp. (NEX: “RLS.H”) (the “Company”), a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”), announces filing of its amended and restated financial statements (together with an amended corresponding management’s discussion and analysis) for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 (collectively, the “Amended Financial Report”) to correct the accounting errors identified below.

Financial Statements

The financial statements have been restated to: (i) increase the Company's accounts payable and accruals by $17,144, and to (ii) decrease GST receivables by $421 with a corresponding increase to the net loss for the period of $17,565. The net loss was increased due to increases in accounting and legal fees of $14,110, legal fees of $192 and stock transfer agent and filing fees of $3,263. The net loss for the three month period ended December 31, 2016 was restated to derecognize GST receivables of $325, with a corresponding increase in net loss for the period.

Management's Discussion and Analysis

Management’s discussions and analysis were revised to be consistent with the updates to the financial statements as noted above.
