FOUR NINES GOLD APPOINTS DIRECTOR
December 15th, 2021 – Vancouver, B.C. – Four Nines Gold Inc. (“Four Nines” or the “Company”) (CSE: FNAU)
(OTCIQ: FNAUF) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Flint as a Director effective immediately.
Mr. Flint is an experienced metals geologist with over 35 years of experience . Most recently, he was the
VP of Exploration for Allied Nevada Gold. At Allied Nevada, he directed exploration programs that resulted
in an increase to the Hycroft Mine published reserves by 10 million ounces of gold and 450 million ounces
of silver. Mr. Flint also managed many of the technical studies that supported the mine plans and
Feasibility Study. Reserves were also established, and 43 -101 Technical reports were published, for the
Hasbrouck Mountain Project. Mr. Flint held several positions with Freeport McMoRan over a period of 20
years. He was the project Geologist during discovery, exploration, development, and early production for
the Grasberg Deposit (Iria n Jaya Indonesia) . Geologic resources defined during the initial 2 -year period
were approximately 500 million tonnes, grading 1.50% copper and 1.50 g/t gold . He then spent many
years in underground Mine Geology, Mine Planning, Raise Miner supervision and E xpansion Studies
(significant contributions to seven (7) mine studies, for which most have been placed into production).
Mr. Flint has additionally conducted precious-metal exploration; for Rio Tinto and Freeport McMoRan; in
the Western United States and Panama. His strengths include 1) geology of epigenetic hydrothermal
deposits (epithermal gold and porphyry copper), 2) multi-dimensional orebody characterization, 3) Block
Cave Mine design, and 4) Technical Project Management . He holds Bachelor and Master of Science
degrees in Geology and is a CPG with AIPG.
Four Nines Gold Inc's Daniel Schreiber has resigned from the Company's board of directors. Mr. Schreiber
will join the Company’s advisory board and will continue to work with the Company.
