FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF APPROVAL OF SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS PLAN
April 26, 2012 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada: Bard Ventures Ltd. (the “Company” or “Bard”) is pleased to announce that with respect to the News Release dated April , 12, 2012 the Company has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the renewal of the Shareholder Rights Plan (the “Rights Plan”).
The Rights Plan dated October 17, 2008 was approved by the Company’s Shareholders at it’s Annual General and Special Meeting on April 5, 2012.
