Killdeer Minerals Announces Resignation of Two Directors

June 26, 2012, Vancouver – Killdeer Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: KMI) (“Killdeer” or the “Company”) announces that two of its five directors, James Coyne and Mike Elson, have resigned as Directors of the Company. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Coyne and Mr. Elson for their contributions to the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company currently consists of three Directors: Dr. Krzysztof Mastalerz, Mr, David Pugh and Mr. Stan Szary.
