Torrent Gold Appoints New President and CEO and Board Member

Vancouver, Brifish Columbia (April 14, 2025) - Torrent Gold Inc. (CSE: TGLD) (FSE: RV0) (the "Company") is

pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Cindric as President and Chief Execufive Officer of

the Company, effecfive immediately. Mr. Cindric will also join the board of directors. In addifion, Mr. Max

Baker has resigned as President and Chief Execufive Officer and Mr. Alex Kunz has resigned as Director of

the Company.

Mr. Cindric is the President and CEO and Managing Director of Global Oil & Gas Recovery Corp., a private

Delaware corporafion operafing in the States of Kansas and Texas. Mr. Cindric has over 15 years of

experience in the Canadian financial industry in corporate finance and the management of public

companies with a focus on natural resources and technology. Mr. Cindric has held previous board seats in

public companies listed on the CSE. Over the past five years Mr. Cindric has developed relafionships in the

oil and gas resource sector, specifically in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. These relafionships provide access

to producing oil fields with associated proven reserves that are posifive cash flow at current oil and gas

prices. Mr. Cindric has idenfified legacy fields that are available for acquisifion or a joint venture

partnership and will pursue new business opportunifies for the Company.

Mr. Cindric stated: "Lower gas inventories and higher demand for domesfic natural gas consumpfion have

pushed prices higher and we expect natural gas producfion growth to outpace oil in the near term. As the

new President and CEO, I believe this is an excellent opportunity for Torrent Gold to pursue revenue-

generafing energy assets, which could improve the market capitalizafion and shareholder value of the

Company.”
