Glorious Creation Limited (the “Company”) reports t he appointment of Toby Lim as a director

of the Company and that Liam Corcoran, a current di rector of the Company, has also assumed

the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Lim is a founding partner of Vantage Law Corp. He was called to the Bar of British

Columbia Bar in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law

School in Ontario in 1996, and a Bachelor of Commer ce with honours from the University of

British Columbia in 1992.

Messrs. Corcoran and Lim were appointed to fill the vacancies created upon the resignation of

Norm Yurik as CEO and director. The Company extends its thanks to Norm for his past service

to the Company.
